Interview with Manager, Susan Kraemer of our Goodyear Office in AZ!

After visiting Arizona a couple weeks ago, I asked one of our rockstar branch managers, Susan Kraemer to jump on my podcast today for an awesome interview! Susan is not only an awesome manager but she has found great passion in coaching and training all of her new agents and has been able to mold and shape many agents in her Goodyear office to reach the best version of themselves in this business! Susan believes that getting her new agents started on what they want to accomplish on day one and working their plan backwards by pointing out their daily activity to hit their goal is the best way to success! It's either how much money do you want to make? or how many people do you want to help? It's that simple! Once the foundation is built, Susan helps them create a plan and supports them throughout thir work and effort implementing the plan. Susan loves the simplicity of this simple idea of breaking down their activity day by day and really get down to the bottom line of how she can help these agents every step of the way in a way that makes them feel comfortable and pushes them towards their goals by forward movement!
