Good Morning Everyone! It is time for some Monday Motivation! Woohoo!
Today I want to talk about a foundation to achieve your goals for this year. If you have been following me for a while, you have most definitely heard all of the interviews I have done lately. I have done many many interviews throughout the years here at BHHS. However recently, I have had some really dynamite interviews with a great mix of managers, new agents, and seasoned agents. With that if you notice, everyone that I have interviewed all share a lot of commonalities. Every single one of them has the DRC. In the 4 step business plan Mark Stark created, DRC stands for Daily Revenue Commitment. This is the biggest commonality I have seen in my interviews recently! Don't you think that is saying something? Its critical to have a great DRC. Is this a fancy way of saying prospecting? ...Yes! Find what works for you and commit to it! Your power will shine through when you stay committed to how you decide to implement your DRC into your life!
