Robert Tompkins, the manager of BHHS Northwest and BHHS Anthem offices in Arizona, started his Real Estate Career about 20 years ago, part time, with a vision of it being his full time position.  After his first year of Real Estate, Robert made his vision a reality.  Two years into his career he became a top producer for his office by prospecting his SOI and talking to people on a daily basis.  Keeping in touch with people from his community and making himself know was a key to his success. Robert, always having a plan then set his goal to build a team.
