Good Morning Everyone! Happy Monday! Today, we are more than half way through the year and I like to think of this time as the time of the year that you want to sprint to the finish! We are well into the third quarter here and its time for you guys to really start thinking about this. Every time I think about maximizing potential, I remember these three quotes.
1. You are the programmer. - "I AM THE PERSON IN CONTROL." No one else is in control of your business but yourself. Once you start to see your business moving forward and starting to actually work, most of the time its because YOU are starting to move forward and allowing it to work. Everything in your life that is happening right now is a direct result of your actions and decisions you have made prior to the moment right now.
2. Write the program. - "I HAVE TO HAVE A PLAN, STEPS, AND AN OUTCOME." You are the creator of how you want your program to look. You want to exist for the moment of here and now. If you are in an appointment, exist for your client. If you are on a prospecting call, exist for only that call. You need to have the plan in place, the steps to make the plan a reality, and a desired outcome. Write it out and know the program inside and out.
3. Follow the program - "I SHOW UP." I know that you want more and you want something better. You have already decided you are the programmer, you have created your program, now you need to work the program. How are you going to see any results when you dont follow through with the plan you have created?
Every single day you have the ability to maximize your potential in real estate. Each one of you has this ability, use it to your advantage!

Today is a special day because I had the pleasure of interviewing an awesome agent from our St. Rose Office in Las Vegas, Nevada...Mr. Tim Dunn! Tim is definitly a special guest for me on my podcast because of how long Tim has been in the industry and how successful he has become with the short time he has been immersed within it. Tim has been in the business for no more than one year and a half and is doing exceptionally well for someone with little years in the business! With 99% of his business coming from Open Houses, Tim has such a great way of making something hes passionate about a lot of fun and profitable! Tim is constantly engaging in a real estate mindset. This allows him to stay in that prospecting state whenever he is having conversation, which he has found to be the best for him not only when in conversation but in prospecting in general! Tim has some really reat tips on how to leverage open houses to generate more business for himself!

Good Morning Everyone! It is time for some Monday Motivation! Woohoo!
Today I want to talk about a foundation to achieve your goals for this year. If you have been following me for a while, you have most definitely heard all of the interviews I have done lately. I have done many many interviews throughout the years here at BHHS. However recently, I have had some really dynamite interviews with a great mix of managers, new agents, and seasoned agents. With that if you notice, everyone that I have interviewed all share a lot of commonalities. Every single one of them has the DRC. In the 4 step business plan Mark Stark created, DRC stands for Daily Revenue Commitment. This is the biggest commonality I have seen in my interviews recently! Don't you think that is saying something? Its critical to have a great DRC. Is this a fancy way of saying prospecting? ...Yes! Find what works for you and commit to it! Your power will shine through when you stay committed to how you decide to implement your DRC into your life!

It's Monday! I have another really great interview for you today! We have Brian Chisholm from our north scottsdale office interviewing on the call this morning! Brian has only been a realtor for about 8 months so far. Prior to this, Brian was in the jewlwery industry and transitioned into Real Estate because it has always been his passion to sell and build Real Estate. Brian talks about how being a new realtor in the industry is and what he has done thus far to be as successful as he has been these past 8 months. He works very closly with his manager, Shirley Small, and has taken my Success Series Class to better expand his knowledge in the industry which in turn has supported him and his growth within his new found business. Another really great tool that Brian goes into is his way of utilizing open house's and prospecting. This has been a great way for Brian to get his new name out there and slowly become succesful and more donfident in this industry every single day!

This Monday Morning Coaching Call, I had the pleasure to interview one of our agents and a coaching agent of mine, Ms. Devon Heckel from our Arizona Market! Devon has been in the industry for about 5-6 years now. Last year, Devon had a lot of things going on in her life, as I'm sure we all have expereinced. Sometimes these experiences that happen in our life, end up hindering us from showing up fully in this business. However, Devon gives us some great insight on how she took back her power and jumped back into action to bring herself back to success this year! It all starts with the routine! It's so important to create a daily routine and a time blocking schedule to get yourself motivated and back into action. Devon explains some great tools she uses to keep her energy high for the day like meditating, time blocking, being organized, etc. I'm sure a lot of us think when things are going on in our life that it is our fault. However, what we need to understand to help change this is that, we allow things to happen to us when we consume ourselves in the negativity & dont take back our power. It's all about your mindset and how you decide to show up to your day everyday & Devon is a great example of that, Thank you so much Devon!

This Monday Morning I had the pleasure of interviewing Rob Mattisinko! Rob is a top agent from our North Scottsdale Office! Rob started in this business in 2004 and moved from New York to Arizona after seeing the potential in this industry. After working as a high school teacher and a real estate agent part time, in 2015 Rob realized he wanted to do one thing to his full potential rather than two things at half the potential and moved into this industry full time. Since then, Rob has been thriving in this business. Rob goes into some detail about his schedule and what he does to continue to thrive and be successful in this industry. At this point in the market, as Rob says, this market is an UN-real estate market. Meaning, the market is doing amazing and with that, wouldn’t you want to try and take advantage of that right away to make your business as great as it can be? Look at the words, FUNDAMENTALS. It has three words in it, FUN - DA - MENTALS. Why do I bring this up? This is my theory, fundamentals can be FUN but....DA its all about the MENTAL. Think about it, the real estate industry really is all mental. Real Estate is very simple, your going to list a property and its going to sell or your going to sell a buyer, its not more complicated then that! I firmly believe the only reason why we complicate things is to get in our own way! You all know you get in your own way, even I do! You need to immerse yourself in the fundamentals of the business and take the action needed to become succesful and get out of your own way! I know a lot of you having the best year ever and are so close to your goals, and incorporating the fundamentals of success into your daily practice and taking action into what you need to do, its only going to enhance you and your business for the future!

This Monday we had an awesome call with one of our own Nevada Branch Managers who oversees the Sahara Office, Amanda Franchi! Along with Amanda, we have one of our top agents in Arizona, Jay Jasper! Today we’re talking all about Social Media! Brand awareness is so important. We have the number one brand in Real Estate and that is Berkshire Hathaway. You are a part of this brand! Use it to your advantage! Along with brand awareness, we have something called client engagement. Because you are using social media for sales, listings, and business relationships, it is important to utilize at least 30 minutes a day to keep up on your social media and your presence to your clients. Remember, engagement is not all about the ‘likes’ its about the remarks. Amanda and Jay are really great about giving us their insight on why using social media is so important when building your business!

“Secrets of the Top Dogs” I thought this would be a really good call for today because I want to share a few points, that there are no secrets in real estate! Its just like going to the gym, you can tell those who have been working out for a while and those who are consistant with their excercise and eating right. Life is very interesting, it shows you a mirror. You look in the mirror and it shows you exactly what is happening to you in that moment. With that being said, you can jump right into the MLS and look up any real estate agent and see what they‘re doing, you can tell when they are doing they‘re work to become a “Top Dog“. You need to really start thinking about how to build yourself to a point where you look in the mirror and that mirror is reflecting your hardwork, your actions, and what it looks like when you‘re hitting your goals. I go over various points in my call today about “Secrets of the Top Dogs“ and how you can adapt these principles and become the top dog you know you really are!
