You know, I believe that every word is a verb. Every word takes action, is action. Success is the realization of a goal. Once you start working towards a goal, and you take action towards it every single day, than you're in success! Thats what its all about, and thats what I want to talk about today! With that being said, Happy Monday Everyone! We're in a hot market right now which means, you need to take more action to take advantage of this market and start flowing with success. Its officially the first week of the 5th month of 2018. Which means we're only 4 more weeks until we're officially half way through the year! So...how are you doing?! How is your business doing?! Are you taking action?! Are you keeping track of your results?! Where do you stand?! This is important to reflect on and see where you need to take action and where you can continue flowing towards your success!

Good Morning Everyone! While on vacation, the master of the Success Center Dan Mumm, has taken over our Monday Morning Coaching Call! Today we are talking about prospecting….What is prospecting? What it boils down to is that, prospecting is finding new customers, generating new conversations. As Dan explains, people constantly approach him stating, “Hey, do you still do that prospecting thing?” … mhm, what does that even mean? When people think of prospecting, they are thinking of things like cold calling . When in realty, the definition of it is simply generating new leads, creating business. Prospecting is the economic denominator of your business. Meaning, everything you have in your business, comes as a result from your prospecting. If you only focused on prospecting and generating new business, than it will only better your business and solve every problem that you may have. Dan does an amazing job at expanding on the idea and the art of prospecting and why it is so important for you and your business!!

Good Morning Everyone! Happy Monday! We’re going to talk about maximizing the second quarter! If you remember my call from last week, you remember the questions you should be asking yourself going into the second quarter. Questions like, “what have I been doing well so far?” I really want you to think about that and all the actions steps you have been taking to progress within yourself and your business. Once you get clear, think about absolutely cranking it up a notch or two to truly maximize where you want to go. We have 75% of the year ahead of us. Come December, I don’t want to hear you with self talk like, “If only I talked to more people this year.” … “if only I had followed my schedule” …“if only I got a little outside my comfort zone”. You don’t want to be an “IF ONLY” person. Instead, ask yourself “What If?” “What if for just the second quarter only, I followed my schedule 80% of the time?”….Really think about it, what if? “What if I actually got a little outside your comfort zone?” Remember to ask yourself these questions to get through this second quarter and maximize it as much as you possibly can. This is the best quarter to set the tone for your year!

Good Morning Everyone! Happy Easter Monday! Today is the second day of April! So what does that mean? It’s the first business day of the second quarter! Woohoo! Hopefully all of you are at the point of where you want to be right now in your business! If you’re not, that’s ok! You still have 75% of the year left to get yourself to where you want to be. As we look at the second quarter, I have put together some points to help you get top where you want to be. Now is the time of year where you need to start asking yourself questions like, Where are you now? Where are you relative to your goals? Do I need to pick it up? If you notice, these are questions, I always mention because you should be asking yourself these points at the beginning and at the end of each quarter. Doing this is what will help keep you on track, during every point throughout they year to be sure you are exactly where you need to be and most importantly, where you want to be!

Building a rockstar database is so incredibly important in this industry. You are in the business of connecting with people and knowing how to connect with different personality types. You need to start, right now, and get yourself using the tools availble to you, such as the VAC, and start creating your database of emails, phone numbers, etc. If you haven't started to get it organized, consider this as your sign & know that it's time. You want to have recipricol benefits from the things you're doing. If you're hosting an open house, get a list of emails from your potential clients, plug them into your CRM and have them a part of your newsletter. Reap the recipricol benefits from the things you're already doing and expand your opportunities by simply building a database and staying present. Think about this, the ever famous questions that start with "what if". I want you to add something that is most important to you that you're leaving out of the equation at the end of that "what if" question and fill it out with something productive. For example, "What if I talked to 15 people everyday I worked between now and the end of the year?" Ask yourself these kind of questions to fight what you have been holding back on and let yourself become more productive with your prospecting this year and build a rockstar database.

Dan is the one you will see teaching the classes up in the Success Center in our St. Rose office at 9:00am everyday but Tuesday’s!Dan took over the call this morning about the benefits of showcasing your worth.A lot of successful mentors in this industry always say one thing in common when it comes to being achieving your goals, raise your prices.You should always charge more money & never be the lowest cost option for your premium service.In this business, it’s better to be a Rolls Royce than a Honda Civic.The only way to run a good, long term, successful business, is to know your worth and charge based on the high quality service you know you can provide.No matter what commission you may charge, in general, it is always going to be to much to most clients.With that being said, why would you downgrade your worth, time, & services when you know you can deliver the best.It only makes sense that the commission you charge matches and you don’t sell yourself short.The easiest most profitable way to be successful in this industry is to take those chances and stay confident in the type of business you will provide.
