Be the person, Real Estate happens in 90 day cycles and we are two weeks away from most of what you're doing right now, will be paid next year. Whats the great thing about that? Whatever your goal is for next year, if you start being that person right now, you can turn next year into a 15 month year. If you're going to be the person start being that person 90 days in advance. Act as if you are already at that goal for next year. Walk it, talk it, affirm it, believe it, be that person you see yourself being from this point forward and I have no doubts not only will you finish off the year as your best year yet but, you will have the ability and the mindset to follow it up with your next best year yet!

Theres no better person I can think of to help you kick off that train then Earl White, the master of prospecting! This business is about a continuous pipeline, following up with people you have talked to a few months ago, calling just listed just solds, and finding contracts, escrows, and closings are just ways you can keep that pipeline flowing. If you want to find out how much money you can really make in 2018, you have to start today! Keep that grind going for these last few months and not only will you get a glimpse at next year but, you will have a solid pipeline flowing to keep up with for the duration of 2018!

Communication and Communicating powerfully is so important in this industry! There is only one week and one month left until this quarter is over, its time to start kicking butt and get your head in the right space to communicate your best and land those deals! When it comes to Real Estate, communication is always your responsibility. Whenever something goes wrong, who do they turn to? You, its your fault because you're responsible. Always over communicate and keep the conversation about them! Your job is to help them get what they want. Always listen intently and let them know you are listening. Repeat, Approve, and Move!

The Ohio Center for Sports Psychology has found that athletes are able to increase their performance level significantly when they master a set of nine mental skills.
These athletes had such dramatic results that I believe these skills are just to good not to share.
What's so great? Anyone can follow them you just need to put your mindset in the game, and give it a little practice!

Just like that we are already 1/3 of the way into the third quarter!
Ask yourself these questions,
Am I going to achieve my goal this year?
Am I an achieve my goals kind of person?
Or am I an “if only” kind of person?
“If only I had done my prospecting”, “If only I had gone to the gym” etc.
There are certain activities that are consistent with achieving your goals
& then there are some activities consistent with making excuses.
Remember, You can always draw a bigger crowd if you want to explain why its not possible. So why not make the possible a reality instead?
