Today we have a wonderful interview with Veronica Barragan! Veronica is our Branch Manager for the Northwest Office in Arizona which also happens to be Branch of the Year last year! Today, we're talking with Veronica on the thing she is most passionate about in this business today, lead generation & incorporating Social Media! Veronica explains how social media is important and very relevant to your business today. When the clients are online searching for their new home, they already feel like they're the expert. When they come to you, they want to feel like they already know you. Building a brand and an online presence utilizing Social Media in conjuction with your lead generation tactics will only build your chances of working closely with those who need your services. It will give them the feeling that they may already know you and feel more comfortable working with you. There are over 1.9 billion people logging onto Facebook everyday, where are your people? There are plenty right there logging on at your fingertips multiple times a day, everyday. From the state of Arizona, in our Northwest Office, we have the privilege of interviewing one of our top agents there, Mr. Stan Abraham!
Stan has been in the business since 2004 and was top 10 in the Valley last year and is a big advocate for utilizing your sphere of influence for great leads.
Stan has about 57% of his business coming from his SOI.
He has been able to succeed with by reconnecting with past clients on social media, and reaching out on special days such as birthdays, holidays, and anniversaries.
Stan does a great job by creating a consistent database based on the trends in the market to stay up to date and relevant utilizing social media and staying on top of when he connects with his SOI every week.
If you start creating your database now like Stan and you maintain it every week, it will be the easiest source of income for you as you continue to build, maintain, & grow your business.

What is SOI?
With most of the top producers in this industry, a large percentage of their business comes from their repeat and referal, and SOI. What is SOI? SOI is your spirit of influence. Your spirit of influence, by my definition, is anybody that I know or who knows me that I believe if I stay in constant contact with, they will refer me business. When we talk about SOI, we talk about your past clients, friends, family, etc. This business is becoming all about building your SOI's. The rule of thumb is if you're in my SOI, I will be talking to you once a quarter. This is how you keep in contact with these people and where you start to develop your raving fans, your exteneded sales force! Maintaing and building your spirit of influence is very important for not only succeeding in this business, but to help grow and expand your business too!

Remember this affirmation, I choose everything.
If you want to change your results, you need to change who you are.
You will not be able to change your outcome unless you connect with your call to action and make the right decisions everyday to get you to your goal.
It is now a crucial time of the year where these choices can make the most impact.
It’s officially the pre season.
If you’re doing a good job like accumulating leads, setting appointments, and keeping your momentum going, than you’re easily making the right choices everyday to get you closer to your goal going into the next year.
If not, than you should start to apply yourself now, especially in the next 50 days, and
watch yourself turn 2018 into a 14 month year.
There is nothing more exciting than starting next year with more momentum.

Goodmorning! We have another interview with top agent, Alberto Saab from our Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Office in St. Rose! Alberto started as an investor in 2000 and has been in the business as a realtor since 2004. Alberto and his team have been moving exceptionally well this year! His team consists of Alberto handling the sellers, his wife handling the buyers, Melissia their office admin manager, and two new agents to the industry. They have a production level of about 50 houses a year. The Saab Squad has already surpassed their success last year of selling 64 homes and ending this year with about 80 homes, with a goal of 100 homes in the next year!
